Shopper marketing is one of the strongest growing movements in marketing today, especially in the consumer packaged goods industry. While basic marketing principles dictate that we focus on understanding the consumer (their needs, attitudes and motivations), shopper marketing takes a different angle – it shifts the focus from the consumer to shopper.
