Challenge:
To develop an information, training and awards program recognizing the contribution of Ford Technicians to the customer service experience, while encouraging continuous improvement and education in technical competency.
Solution:
The project began with name generation and logo design. The results were applied to printed literature, apparel and an Intranet site for central communication of program news and details. b2 Retail Solutions served as ProTech Headquarters, providing a Technician call center, web updates and mass mailers. The ProTech site has proven to be a valuable place for Technicians to share information and advice.
